If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase date, and we'll work with you to make things right.

We genuinely want every customer to have a great experience with CleverPro, and we'd appreciate the opportunity to understand what happened before processing your refund.

How to Request a Refund

To begin a refund request, email hello@cleverpro.us within 30 days of your purchase and include:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you purchased
  • Whether you tried the product and approximately how long you used it
  • What your health or wellness goal was
  • What didn't meet your expectations
  • Whether you'd be open to working with our support team to find a solution before requesting a refund

Your feedback helps us continue improving our products and helps us better support future customers.

Our goal isn't to convince you to keep something you don't want. Sometimes a different product, dosing schedule, or a few simple recommendations can make all the difference. If you'd still prefer a refund after speaking with our team, we'll respect your decision and process your request promptly.

What's Covered

Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee applies to purchases made directly through CleverPro.us.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used for your purchase.

Please allow 5-10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

What's Not Covered

Our Happiness Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Products purchased through Amazon
  • Products purchased from retail stores or authorized resellers
  • Orders placed through third-party marketplaces
  • Shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error)

Refunds are limited to one refund per product, per customer.

To protect our customers and prevent abuse of the policy, CleverPro reserves the right to deny refund requests involving suspected fraud, excessive refund activity, or misuse of the guarantee.

Amazon Purchases

If you purchased your CleverPro product through Amazon, your order is covered by Amazon's return and refund policies.

To request a return or refund, please visit Your Orders within your Amazon account and follow Amazon's return process.

Retail Store Purchases

If you purchased CleverPro from one of our retail partners or another authorized reseller, returns and refunds must be handled directly through the original retailer.

Each retailer maintains its own return policy, so we recommend contacting the store where you made your purchase.

If you believe your product has a quality issue or manufacturing defect, we'd still like to hear from you. Your feedback helps us continue improving every product we make.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We work hard to get every order right, but mistakes can happen.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box (when applicable)

We'll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Our fulfillment team begins processing orders quickly, so while we'll always do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order has entered fulfillment.

Return Shipping

If a return is requested, our support team will provide return instructions if applicable.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of:

  • A shipping error
  • A damaged or defective product
  • An incorrect item sent by CleverPro
