At CleverPro, we know the hardest part of ordering is waiting for your package to arrive. That's why we work hard to get every order packed, shipped, and on its way as quickly as possible.

Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

Order Processing

Orders placed through CleverPro.us are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that placing an order does not guarantee same-day shipment.

During new product launches, promotional events, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Package weight

  • Selected shipping method

  • Current carrier rates

From time to time, CleverPro may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable minimum purchase requirements or promotional terms will be displayed during checkout.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries.

If international shipping is available for your destination, shipping options and rates will appear during checkout.

Please note:

  • Delivery times vary by destination.

  • Customs processing may delay delivery.

  • Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

  • CleverPro is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees imposed by your country's customs authorities.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that our products comply with local laws before placing an international order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your package has been scanned by the carrier.

If you have not received your tracking information within two business days after placing your order, please contact us.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at hello@cleverpro.us.

If your order has not yet entered fulfillment, we'll do our best to update your shipping information.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

CleverPro is not responsible for orders delivered to addresses provided incorrectly during checkout.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property

  • Looking with neighbors or household members

  • Contacting your local carrier

  • Waiting up to 24 hours, as some carriers mark packages as delivered before final delivery

If you're still unable to locate your order after taking these steps, please contact us.

We'll gladly assist you in opening a carrier investigation and determining the best resolution.

Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility generally transfers to the recipient.

While CleverPro cannot guarantee reimbursement for stolen packages, we understand how frustrating this situation can be and will work with you to determine whether a replacement or other solution is available.

Delayed Shipments

Occasionally, shipping carriers experience delays beyond our control.

Common causes include:

  • Severe weather

  • Holidays

  • High shipping volume

  • Carrier network disruptions

  • Customs inspections

  • Natural disasters

Estimated delivery dates should be considered estimates only.

CleverPro is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the shipping box

  • Photos of the shipping label (if possible)

We'll review your request promptly and work with you to resolve the issue.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, items may occasionally ship separately depending on inventory availability or warehouse operations.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are processed automatically according to the delivery schedule selected during checkout.

To avoid being charged for your next subscription order, please make any changes or cancellations before your next scheduled billing date.

Subscription management is available through your customer account or by contacting our customer support team.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict shipments to certain locations where prohibited by law or where shipping services are unavailable.

Certain products may not be eligible for shipment to specific states or countries due to local regulations.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, returned due to an incorrect address, or deemed undeliverable by the carrier, it may be returned to our warehouse.

Once received, we will contact you regarding reshipment or a refund, less any applicable shipping charges or carrier fees.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Our fulfillment team begins processing orders quickly, and while we'll always do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once an order has entered fulfillment.

Holiday Shipping

During holidays, promotional events, and product launches, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.

We recommend placing holiday orders early to avoid potential shipping delays.
